7-13th of November | 11 a.m.-8 p.m., in Vilnius TV Tower’s restaurant “Pauksciu takas” – GASTRONOMY WEEK! Undiscovered flavors combined with your favorite combinations, not forgetting the main ingredient – HEIGHT!

♦ Starter | Cheese donuts with a light chili aftertaste, served with parsnip cream and spinach-walnut pesto.

♦ Main | Duck breast, pearl barley, pumpkin, caramelized carrots’ mousse and apple-hazelnut salsa or Dorado fillet with black lentils, roasted beets, fresh tomatoes and herbs.
