At Paukščių Takas Restaurant, we place great emphasis on local ingredients and modern Lithuanian cuisine, which many of us can hardly imagine without flavours inspired by other cultures around the world.
For this year’s Gastronomy Week, we have chosen Italy – not only one of the most beloved travel destinations among Lithuanians (including our chef), but also a country whose culinary philosophy has subtly become part of Lithuania’s restaurant culture. Italian cuisine celebrates seasonal ingredients, simplicity, and a commitment to quality.
