Purchased tickets are not returnable. Due to the reconstruction works being performed in the TV Tower, visitors are only allowed via underground gallery. Be warned that there will be 56 stair segments on the way. Persons with movement disability have additional ways to enter the TV Tower. For more information please contact us: [email protected]
Last tickets to the TV Tower’s observation deck are sold 10 minutes until the ticket box closes
It is strictly prohibited to bring to observation deck children’s strollers or other big items (such as, bicycles, luggage and etc.)
Pets are not allowed in the TV Tower exept guide dogs with special signs.
During winter season (1 November - 15 April), due to the risk of ice falling, the visitors are allowed in to the TV Tower only via the underground gallery. Be warned that there will be 56 stair segments on the way
Due to the risks associated with extreme situations and the technological complexity of the structure, persons with movement disability have special conditions to enter the TV Tower.
