On December 13th, the most Christmassy Day will be celebrated in the capital for the first time—a day when the most unexpected things can happen: the city loosens its tie, unbuttons its coat, forgets the rules. And starts to giggle. The streets sparkle, lights twinkle, the snow smells like cookies. And just like that—you become a child again. This Christmas in Vilnius, you’re five years old once more.
What will be happening at the TV Tower on this day? We’ve prepared two surprises for you:
♦ When you go up to the Toliai bistro-bar, you’ll be able to pay for a panna cotta dessert not in euros, but with a special Christmas currency. Learn more about where to get it here: Kalėdos Vilniuje 2025
♦ We’ll turn on our lights so that they respond to the Christmas songs played on Power Hit Radio. For ONE day only, we’re bringing back last year’s Christmas songs and light show, when during the dark hours the Vilnius TV Tower lights up in sync with popular Christmas hits broadcast by Power Hit Radio. You can watch and listen from your car, your apartment, your office, from the city streets and squares—anywhere you have an FM radio receiver and can see the TV Tower during these times: in the morning at 7:00 and 8:00, and in the evening at 18:00, 19:00, and 20:00.
