The anniversary year of one of the most prominent Lithuanian artists of all time – Mikalojus Konstantinas Ciurlionis – is ending in Vilnius with a bright multimedia accent. During the Christmas period, the TV Tower will light up with a dance of colors to the waltz of M. K. Ciurlionis, which will be broadcast by “LRT Klasika”. For a whole week from today until December 31, TV Tower will light up and “dance” to the waltz of M. K. Ciurlionis. This romantic piece, which will be performed on the piano by Ciurlionis’ great-grandson, pianist Rokas Zubovas, will be broadcast on the FM radio station “LRT Klasika” (in Vilnius on the frequency of 101.5 MHz) in the mornings at 7 a.m., in the evenings at 7 p.m. (except on the 27th and 28th) and 9 p.m. The partners of this multimedia project are the National M. K. Ciurlionis Art Museum, the radio station “LRT Klasika” and the TV Tower (Telecentras).
