On March 27<\/strong>, as the gentle sounds of the piano blend with the breathtaking panorama of Vilnius, the TV Tower\u2019s TOLIAI<\/strong> will be filled with the emotional songs of Giedrius Nakas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfb6 About Giedrius Nakas<\/strong> \ud83c\udfb6<\/p>\n

Pianist and composer Giedrius Nakas<\/strong> is widely recognized for his performances alongside Lithuania\u2019s most famous bands and artists, including Saules Kliosas, Andrius Mamontovas, Jurga, Monika Linkyte, Monika Liu, Kamaniu Silelis,<\/em> and many others. Playing around 150 concerts per year<\/strong>, he is an active figure in the music scene.<\/p>\n

Beyond performing, Giedrius has released four albums<\/strong> of his own compositions. His most notable work, the 2018 modern jazz album “No Fear, Full of Love,”<\/strong> was recorded in New York with a stellar lineup of internationally acclaimed jazz musicians.<\/p>\n

In 2020<\/strong>, he debuted as a vocalist with the Lithuanian soul\/R&B\/pop<\/strong> album Burtai<\/em>.
In 2021<\/strong>, he released the instrumental album The Dream I Forgot<\/em>, recorded in Riga, which blends jazz, classical, rock, and cinematic influences.<\/p>\n

Giedrius has also composed music for films and theater<\/strong>, collaborates with Kitas Kampas<\/strong> improvisers, performs in television music projects (Lietuvos Balsas, Mano Daina<\/em>), and works as an arranger, producer, and recording artist.<\/p>\n

His musical education spans prestigious institutions, including the National M.K. Ciurlionis School of Art, the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, the Royal Conservatoire in Groningen (Netherlands),<\/strong> and six months of private studies in New York<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
