We also process personal data in order to properly perform the obligations determined for us by the statutes of law, which are associated with, e.g., accounting, submission of data to competent institutions, when the statutes of law demand this. In all other cases mentioned above, the Company processes personal and\/or flow data in so far as this is necessary in order to achieve respective clearly defined and lawful interests, having regard to the protection of privacy of the data subject.
